11/21/08 - New Assessment Notices mailed to Norwich Taxpayers. ARC has completed the full measure and list of all properties in the City of Norwich, for the 2008 Revaluation Project. Norwich taxpayers have the option to call ARC to schedule an informal hearing to review their new assessments.

11/12/08 – Warren, RI awards Appraisal Resource company the contract for the 2009 Statistical Revaluation Program.

9/14/08 – Rutland, MA signs Revaluation Services agreement with Appraisal Resource. ARC will perform the Fiscal Year 2010 revaluation maintenance services as well as the Interim Revaluation.

PRESS RELEASE – June 13th 2008, Appraisal Resource Company Inc, of East Greenwich, RI Is pleased to announce that Chuck Kurfehs, MAI, CCIM has joined the firm as a Commercial/Industrial manager for the Revaluation Department.

4/15/08 – Plainville, MA awards Revaluation contract to Appraisal Resource. Arc will perform the Fiscal Year 2009 revaluation project for the Town.

6/08/2007 – City of Norwich, CT signs Revaluation contract with Appraisal Resource for $567,000. Norwich is an Eastern Connecticut city with approximately 15,000 parcels of real estate. The 2008 Revaluation project will encompass a full “measure and list” of all improved properties. ARC will perform the project on the City’s current CAMA system, (Vision Appraisal). The project will be completed in January of 2009.

PRESS RELEASE – April 25th 2007, Appraisal Resource Company Inc, of East Greenwich, RI, and Patriot Properties, Inc. of Lynn, MA, today announced a Strategic Alliance. Appraisal Resource will market AssessPro, Patriot Properties’ industry leading CAMA software, to Rhode Island and Connecticut municipalities.

3/31/07 – Attleboro, MA awards Appraisal Resource a 4 year $785,000 Revaluation services contract. The agreement includes the FY 2008 revaluation, a three year measure and list program, and the FY 2011 Revaluation program. The City has Approximately 16,000 parcels.
